Vegetable Fried Rice









Ingredients:

Boiled Rice 5 cups
Carrots (chopped) ½ cup
Spring Onions (copped) ½ cup
Capsicums (chopped) ½ cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
White Pepper ½ tsp
Salt 2 tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic 
Add vegetables and rice to it and mix well.
Lastly add salt and white pepper, fry on high flame for 3 minutes and serve
