Mutton Yakhni Pulao










Ingredients:

Sela Rice 3 cups
Mutton 1 kg
Fennel Seeds 4 tbsp
Whole Garam Masala 3 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp

Method:

Soak sela rice for a while.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion with ginger and garlic.
Add mutton and whole garam Masala, fry it on high flame 
Now add fennel seeds and salt. Pour 1-1/2 liter water and cook it on low flame till the meat is tender.
Now sieve out the stock.
Now add meat and stock in another pan and wait for it to boil, wash the soaked rice and add it to the stock and cook the rice on high flame 
Simmer it for 15 minutes and serve hot.Mutton Yakhni Pulao
