Reshmi Biryani










Ingredients:


Chicken (12 pieces) 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green Chilies (chopped) 8
Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemons 2
Fresh Cream 2 packets
Onions (chopped) 3
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Rice 2 – 2 ½ cups
Oil 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Fresh Milk 1 cup
Yellow Food Color a pinch



Method:


1.In a pan, add in chicken pieces, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, mint leaves, chopped green chilies and 1 cup yogurt. 
2.Boil it. 
3.When the water dries, add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 2 lemon juice. 
4.Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in 3 chopped onions. 
5.Fry them till they are golden brown. Take out the fried onion. 
6.Add in oil in the chicken. Boil 2- 2 ½ rice, add in salt, mint leaves and 2-3 green chilies. 
7.Boil them and drain the water. 
8.dd in 2 packet fresh cream in the chicken. 
9.Now layer half rice in the pan and add in chicken on it, then add in some crushed onion then layer the rest of the rice. 
10.Mix some yellow food color in milk and add it from the top. 
11.Reshmi Biryani cooked by Zubaida Tariq now simmer it and serve hot.
Hot and yummy reshmi biryani is set to be enjoyed at today’s dining table...
