Strawberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients

For Base:

Sponge Cake of 2 egg

For Filling:

Cream Cheese              1 packet 200 gm

Curd Cheese                 1 cup

Whipped Cream          1 cup

Gelatin                          1-1/2 tbsp

Strawberry Essence     1 tsp

Strawberry Puree        1 cup

Strawberry Slices         2 cup

Icing Sugar          4

Method

Beat Cream Cheese, curd Cheese add in sugar essence dissolve gelatin fold in strawberry puree and whipped cream mix all arrange slices of strawberries on pan pour filling and chilled until set decorate with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
